Return and Refund Policy

At AV Wellness & Fitness, you may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order. For returns requested after the first 14 days, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This additional 30-day policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancelling an online order

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email avwellnessfitness@yahoo.com within that period to tell us you wish to cancel. Please send the items back within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for return postage when you change your mind. We may make a deduction if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Please keep proof of postage. Do not send returns to any other address without contacting us first.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will explain the next steps and arrange a return at no cost to you where the item is faulty or was sent incorrectly. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, or evidence that you have sent it back where applicable, we will process any refund due within 14 days using your original payment method. For a cancellation within the statutory 14-day period, this includes the cost of standard outbound delivery. Any extra cost for a more expensive delivery option is not refunded.
